Objective: Braveface, a NZ pharmaceutical company, launched a Junior product range targeting children and teenagers for stress, sleep, and anxiety. They needed a website section for these new products, catering to parents' choices while maintaining their existing adult customer base. With limited budget, we conducted a quantitative survey and qualitative interviews with existing customers to understand preferences. Insights revealed parents sought scientific assurance and others' experiences when buying for their children, guiding website design priorities to align with their preferences and concerns effectively.
Outcome:
Through strategic integration of scientific validation and CX insights, we developed a dedicated section on the Braveface website that resonated with parents' needs and concerns. The new design not only provided credible information and testimonials but also ensured seamless navigation for both new and existing customers. As a result, the website effectively supported the launch of the Junior product range, enhancing customer trust and engagement, and maintaining the brand's strong presence among adult users.
